Steve came yesterday (2020) and fixed my laptop and it now works a lot faster he also removed Norton and put in another anti virus program (MSE) that is much better and free for - after he left I mucked up my sign in info and phoned him at 8pm he told me what to do and was only to happy to help. A very satisfied customer.
